room was very dirty, the spa jacuzzi tub was disgusting and not acceptable to even use, dirt and garbage debris

i booked a king/ whirl pool but at first placed in a standard room

the house and staff are incredible, but their no-child policy, phenomenal cocktails and pool make it our go-to
