spa not working

the mattress was to hard.like sleeping on a board.also said it had a spa but no spa

the pool and spa are great!

look anything like the pictures, the pool area was freezing heaters didnt work and theres no spa area its been

we paid extra for the room with the spa bath and it was so nasty and clearly not cleaned so we couldn t use

s conveniently located, nicely decorated, all first floor, plenty of parking, including trailer parking

they even had the small kitchenette type setup that can make trips easier

the staff was very pleasant, the room was large and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory.

i also love they provide free coffee all day long and a free laundry mat

the pool was clean, heated and very relaxing

makes a big difference when traveling with kids

i rented the king suite with spa and it was amazing

spa bath rooms were nice size and the property had a huge pool

i had the room with a spa tub and it's just what my fiancé and i needed after a long year with no vacations

loved the spa room and everything was nearby. even got an oil change.

laundry room was out of order :( the pool is an indoor pool, no ventilation inside so it's

bar was busy but i didn t stop to check it out but looks like everyone was having fun

very nice gym, great having two tvs in room. food/room service was great

got the spa bedroom, and when we filled it up and turned it on mold came out of the jets

once in the room, the carpet was ripped up by the tiles, the spa tub still had water and was dirty, the tiles

i had prepaid; however, i was told i had requested a smoking room (i did not) and that i had to give them a $

up a hole in the wall and there's holes in the wall in the room where the beds are and the wifi is horribke and

we a nice room with adequate parking
