the hotel was very clean. outdoor pool was awesome! walking distance to many restaurants.

the standard room with 2 queens has a separate pit group sofa and wet bar area with fridge

a towel, the beds were doubles, the bathroom was tiny, there was grime in the tub, and the tv and wifi were both

up to date , clean , no noise , great size room , lots of lighting , free parking , comfy bed, blankets and

the breakfast was an actual breakfast and it was great as well

the room was great and the laundry room was convenient

were from michigan not a ohio, very helpful gas station right in front for things we needed for kids

also the facility had poor room service

friendly staff, room was very clean we were traveling with our 2 year old grandson he loved the breakfast buffet

the kids loved the pool. staff was very nice.

advertising spa tub- what a joke

check in , was told pool was open but it wasn't told rm had spa bath didnt i was told 158 charged

advertising pool not working dirty,spa filled in with concrete, staff lied to us ,check out after 5 hrs security

and pool wasn't clean or spa and the water was

the room needs two more chairs for the kitchen island so we could all eat dinner

once in the room, the carpet was ripped up by the tiles, the spa tub still had water and was dirty, the tiles

got the spa bedroom, and when we filled it up and turned it on mold came out of the jets

up a hole in the wall and there's holes in the wall in the room where the beds are and the wifi is horribke and

room smelled like cigarette smoke even being non-smoking. dryer was out of order.

i rented the king suite with spa and it was amazing

negative about the hotel but it was eye opening to see most guests use their hands at breakfast buffet instead

one of the kids had to sleep on the floor because they didn’t have cots

the electricity went out on the whole place. kids got stuck in elevator. it was a mess.

the rooms need remodeled i liked nothing about it especially to have gotta a spa tub it looked
