i was traveling with three young kids by myself, and i loved how close it was to the convention center without

wonderful location, super friendly staff, nice views, comfortable bed, loved the mini kitchen.

the room was beautiful and large. the breakfast was good. the service was excellent.

i tried to order breakfast room service the next morning and the hotel front desk person was rude and angry

no pool :( housekeeping also came before checkout time

on bed was very thin, and unfortunately the hotel restaurant and bar is currently closed due to

you had to pay for wifi access, limited menu for room service that was a little expensive.

microwave available anytime along with the ice machine and laundry

got the spa bedroom, and when we filled it up and turned it on mold came out of the jets

once in the room, the carpet was ripped up by the tiles, the spa tub still had water and was dirty, the tiles

tired smoking rooms literally around the corner from non smoking

the laundry machines were broken had to run the sweeper ourselves

don't expect to watch their tv but wifi available

and pool wasn't clean or spa and the water was

advertising pool not working dirty,spa filled in with concrete, staff lied to us ,check out after 5 hrs security

check in , was told pool was open but it wasn't told rm had spa bath didnt i was told 158 charged
