the wifi was not working and they said they would fix it, they

the gym and spa close in the afternoon.

spa has specific hours for kids and that is very limited for the ones having kids

at check-in we were not given the necessary plastic card to exchange against the towels at the spa

usually love a spa ,but it's not allowed because of covid risk and rules ,not the fault of the hotel though

to this hotel during coronavirus so a lot of the facilities including indoor pool, gym and spa were not available

for half an hour the big groups got president over couples and small family groups there was so spa or inside

they closed the spa from 2 to 4pm because kids could enter it and
