not the room with the spa tub i had chosen and paid for

i booked for a room with a spa tub but when i got there they said i booked for a regular room

need little better parking

clean, neat, comfortable beds, the usual breakfast, small gym but that was enough for me

fi was lagging a bit on the 3rd floor some veggetables at breakfast would be great, but this isn't this hotel

the spa and restraints were great

the pool & spa were closed

have been told earlier that the spa and pool were not operational due to covid precautions

spa & pool closed

spa service wasn t available for hotel guest only

free wifi for more than 4ppl

too many 2-3yo kids with arm floaties in adult pool and we would suggest lifeguard blowing whistle to announce

i love the location and the pool and play for the kids.

the kitchen was clean and provided the necessary to cook meals in the room

we had 3 adults and 4 kids

overall amazing experience. spa was fantastic

the only negative was that the spa does not offer day passes for hotel guests on the weekends.

spa was very accommodating when their worker didn't t show up because of a personal emergency

enjoyed my stay at kimpton lorien hotel and spa in alexandria, va

the spa bathroom added elegance and luxury

and spa on site, right on king st in old town, blocks to metro & tons of eclectic restaurants &

the gym is lovely, as is the courtyard

but we didn't want to go to the pool with all the children (which was one reason for picking a hotel with a

location, easy access, parking

i liked that there was a gym & swimming pool on site with upgraded equipment

the indoor pool was a major bonus for the kids

mind you, i arrived there by noon because i had spa services at 1230pm

absolutely loved the spa

the spa was wonderful

the pool area was very nice and for our 25th wedding anniversary they provided wine, chocolate covered

spa great, location easy walk to museums and monument etc

spa was out of order

was a single mom traveling with two kids

redundant, they didn t have a great variety there no cereal on most days was annoying with kids

room was wonderful and we loved the full kitchen

room on the 3rd floor with the spa - someone entered our room while we were napping

the parking fees are tremendously high and the spa services have a very long waiting list

had to have our room moved as we were near the spa being built and the noise from builders started from early

room service cleaning was appreciated, complimentary tea coffee, applecider, $15 credit was cool spa wasn't

didn t like the spa was closed on monday
