spa not functioning

motel was a bit old, not many usb charging points, pool was closed

having the starbucks coffee bar in a central spot was nice

free parking, indoor pool, free wifi and close to restaurants and stores

spa tub was falling apart maintenance stated he could only help but so much due to him leaving for

the spa tub was dirty, as if someone had just used it before we checked in

but there was no breakfast included and the spa was closed

the area, the people, everything you need or forgot, this hotel has, minus a working spa tub.

everything was clean ! they have a indoor pool

that's it was quite, loved the spa tub

on the day of my stay they call me and said they overbooked the spa room

clean everything myself and it also smelled like cigarettes through the entire room i liked the spa tub but i

hot water in the jacuzzi didn t work so i paid for a spa room & couldn t use

com had pictures that showed a kitchen in the hot tub room but it didn't

the only negative was that the spa does not offer day passes for hotel guests on the weekends.

spa was very accommodating when their worker didn't t show up because of a personal emergency

the spa was great

lots of great restaurants, shopping, casino across the street

wifi keep going out

later there was a water leak under the kitchen sink which wet everything underneath

this as a hotel suite, just to get there after traveling all day with 4 kids to be bombarded with pressure to

have been told earlier that the spa and pool were not operational due to covid precautions

i booked for a room with a spa tub but when i got there they said i booked for a regular room

never been to a hotel where not only the staff were so lovely but also the breakfast was so clean and tasteful

gym was mostly filled with cardio equipment and not a lot of weights

enjoyed my stay at kimpton lorien hotel and spa in alexandria, va

i loved the spa that was downstairs, as well as the room service

the spa bathroom added elegance and luxury

the gym is lovely, as is the courtyard

airport shuttle was right on time

the room smelled really bad like damp mildew and gym clothes.

no microwave in the room, and no room service probably due to covid.

cleaned, location was perfect. wished the pool and hot tub were open as well as free breakfast

the kids were disappointed to learn that they turned it into a meeting room

the bed was truly comfortable and the bathroom products were spa like

the gym had good machines, and sparkling water and apples

they had a laundry room which was awesome
