location was superb, we loved the spa overlooking the track, and weather was very kind to us with lots of sunshine

liked the way spa manager giedre treated me on my birthday, i had amazing morning at swimming pool and sauna,

welcoming, clean, happy pleasant helpful staff, great bar and restaurant and location.

we were surprised by the lovely touch of fresh flowers & petals on our bed for our anniversary lovely touch

didn't use the wifi. liked the coffee machine in the room,

we were given a very early check in which was wonderful as we had come off a long flight

location for a wedding at hampton court golf club, fantastic staff and a lovely room

picky, despite the spa being open until 9 you're not allowed in after half 8

great for the airport and the spa facilities were fab.

no jacuzzi in a spa hotel. food was average. bar needs more cosy corners for couples.
