shame spa was out of order

thought spa area a little tired and decor in our room a bit drab

really i noticed the spa was closed as too the bar area

spa was amazing although busy as glorious weather, evening meal was delicious and proximity to

rooms are very nice the food is good free swimming and spa we had free cotton candy when we arrived they had

ve been before i love the comfortable bed and room and use of spa area - breakfast is good

bar had a great atmosphere, location was perfect

to order room service but there was no phone in the room (the room guide only gives an internal number to

location for a wedding at hampton court golf club, fantastic staff and a lovely room

dog friendly with a dog bed and complimentary treat bag, parking onsite and fabulous breakfast

being a pub/hotel, the bar ran out of several key ingredients for a cocktail, which was disappointing as this

get yourself into the spa even if it's for a swim or to sit in the hot tub

liked the way spa manager giedre treated me on my birthday, i had amazing morning at swimming pool and sauna,

one of the highlights of our stay was having free access to the spa facilities throughout the sauna, steam

we were all happy with the spa services and also the look and feel of every area of the hotel, i would definitely

any major difference with the rooms however the beds are comfortable and we had a great time and spa access was

really great value for money, breakfast was wonderful and i was impressed with the spa facilities
