pool area was wonderful

room service didn't record my room number correctly and i waited over an hour for my sons dinner

wifi did not work

bit fancy for kids and offered a

bigger kitchen area with bigger fridge breakfast should be included

had a king suite with a spa bath

com and paid for a superior king room with spa bath and fireplace but when we arrived we were given a regular

breakfast good, eas included

moving in with weary muscles and being able to soak in the jacuzzi tub with a fire on in the fireplace was a

of parking, easy to get food delivered to

the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was spa like

the pool is good, but they have taken out the spa (covered over with cement) and the sauna did not seem to work

the bar attendant was a very pleasant young lady

mini golf and bowling are priced out of any reasonable person buying

because of covid there were no spa pool

the advertised spa was out of order and the sign was not new

the spa treatments were also good and the staff made our anniversary even more special by putting us in

gym is very small and treadmill not working for the 10 days of my stay

the staff was friendly. the wifi worked.

i was kept up most of night with kids running in hall, knocking on doors, yelling

there a few times and the staff still remembers my kids and i makes it feel like a home away from

pet hair on the carpet

was a no pet clause, however one morning i heard scurrying feet above me that sounded like a small dog

car park was great and breakfast had nice verity, i would defend recommend and come again

gym equipment was clean and modern and nice to use

the pool was a great and it had a nice jacuzzi

they didn't have the free wifi password posted anywhere but thats my fault for not asking
