spa access and facilities for a massage, too limited for appointments and restrictive access

we made a quick tour into the inner pool, gym and spa but we did not used the facilities and they looked first

the spa facility was excellent and very well organised

staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was amazing and the spa was heavenly

beautiful hotel... lovely staff ..spa was lush

pool bar was very poor- no lunches provided- nothing but drinks and ice creams and it closed at 4pm

the pool was great and i had no problem finding a spot to lounge

do not eat a large breakfast, and the buffet was too much for us

wifi connection isn't free of use in bedrooms

the pool and pool area were also kept immaculate and included water slides for the little ones and also

the vodka was good but to pay 2-80 euro for a dash of coke was a rip off we had a great time the kids loved

the staff are fantastic always smiling and interacting with the guests and kids

cleaning is ok also, we stud in a family room, very large - we were a couple with 2 kids

view, in front of the beach, much activities around the swimming pool, good for kids and family

the restrictions to the indoor pool were disappointing when you have kids and no outside pool

i was very disappointed with the spa area , quite a few things didn t work and the pool , jacuzzi was not

no spa only one restaurant in which the food was dreadful

spa was very good and the pool area was very nice with a range of pools and water slides for kids

the spa was brilliant, the pool areas very good. the welcome cava was a nice surprise.

free wifi claim is deceiving as its free only in the lobby for max 1 hr per day then you have to pay @ 6

the buffet breakfast could be improved regarding juices, fruits and cold cuts.

seriously thinking of returning with my wife for a spa weekend

were a bit disappointed that the indoor pool and spa was not included in the price and the only pass you could

spa wasn't open during the afternoons or on mondays

thought that access to the spa facilities should be included in the price and not extra.
