the pool area is amazing with multiple pools, a lap pool, and a kids area

nice beach position. room was basic but comfortable. wifi was good.

breakfast was not included in my price and i was on the road by 8-30 am shortly after sunrise

the pool and pool area were also kept immaculate and included water slides for the little ones and also

this is not our kind of hotel, but we booked it for the kids & grandson and they loved it

nothing! breakfast room a bit noisy, when full.

bad the outside swimming pool was closed, but as we are november, understandable

clean, new, well licated and with a nice tapas bar next door

the buffet breakfast could be improved regarding juices, fruits and cold cuts.

was never mentioned before arrival that we have to pay extra for using the spa, as a spa hotel we were expecting

the swimming pool was spacious and perfectly placed at the southern most point of the property which also

disappointed spa wasn't open but it was being refurbished

t like the towel policy of having to go down to the spa to pick up/trade or return towels

even though we speak basic spanish, we struggled every day to order things we normally have no issue with

you have to take towels at the spa

the food and drinks at the snack bar were very good value, tasty and available all day

the bar could be larger and more comfortable chairs for the size of the hotel

seriously thinking of returning with my wife for a spa weekend

were a bit disappointed that the indoor pool and spa was not included in the price and the only pass you could

you have to take towels in the spa and leave 10 euro deposit (cash only

one evening i was completely ignored by staff for a long time and then a spanish man walked up and got served

facilities are not 5-star, there are only 2 restaurants, there is a spa without staff, and breakfast is okay

i found the spa treatments on the expensive side of things but is there if one wanted to use it

extra pools for kids and adults are closed in winter season but look great we did not attend spa or gym but

our room looked over the pool, we even had two beautiful kestrel's keeping watch over their chick on the wall
