arrived for 2 nights and the spa was fully booked

i was very disappointed with the spa area , quite a few things didn t work and the pool , jacuzzi was not

for instance, the bar by the pool was closed, even though the staff said it would normally be open by now

at busy times so ended up getting our steps in quite a few times which didn't best please the kids

the restrictions to the indoor pool were disappointing when you have kids and no outside pool

by the all inclusive food in the canteen (nor the noise, but it s august and busy) but the bar snacks and

the swimming pool was spacious and perfectly placed at the southern most point of the property which also

facilities are not 5-star, there are only 2 restaurants, there is a spa without staff, and breakfast is okay

one evening i was completely ignored by staff for a long time and then a spanish man walked up and got served

the spa area was a bit confusing, i wasn't sure if it was open.

i found the spa treatments on the expensive side of things but is there if one wanted to use it

even though we speak basic spanish, we struggled every day to order things we normally have no issue with

for example, at one point, the only way out of the bar onto the adjoining terrace, was by walking through

the bar could be larger and more comfortable chairs for the size of the hotel

great choices at breakfast , closeness of the golf course .
