one additional suggestion: more wifi router as we were having difficulty to connect to wifi at some spots

spa is not included which was kinda a big disappointment for us

spa facilities were not what we expected, but perhaps our expectations were out of line.

tv should be updated and i had to work and the wifi was a bit slow.

the gym is really not a gym but a bunch of old equipment thrown in a dark room

no phone in the room means no room service unless you jump through hoops and use your own cell phone to call

i was surprised that we didn't get the breakfast included as any other stay with holiday inn

hotel for a short stay with family, restaurant with good variety of food and good buffe for breakfast

our room was clean and we loved that there was 24/7 room service available

the only complaint we have is the outdoor spa was dirty. this was 9:00 am.

hotel is beautiful, there are pools, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, gardens

they have a lot of activities for kids and also activities like yoga, zumba, etc

i was landing after check in hours so they waited for us to do our check in late they have valet parking,

tiny things that weren't a problem for me but could be super easily done: the weights in the gym are ancient
