the pool ., the garden., everything outside the room

i liked the pool, restaurant and service. the garden and facilities around the pool very nice.

this place ticked all the boxes above, the bigger swimming pool was warm, and clean

no phone in the room means no room service unless you jump through hoops and use your own cell phone to call

grounds were fantastic, so clean & well maintained with swimming pool

the spa has great services and their massages are truly repairing

no activities for kids

gardens, the pools and the staff in the pool bar (my daughter felt and they immediately brought us ice without

the gym is really not a gym but a bunch of old equipment thrown in a dark room

the wifi didn't work in the bedrooms. the staff was polite but not so helpful

the spa offers good massages and they offer yoga classes and ceremonies

facilities are great, food is good (a little bit pricey) but the spa is excellent

since they don't offer an iron in the room we had to send over some clothes to the laundry service and it took

happening, staff was focused on bigger ticket guests, even though my friend and i purchased 5 spa treatments

only negative was the jacuzzi pools- there were two, but the one was not working on some days and they weren't

if i was getting picky, a few tiles were coming off the pool and there seemed to be an excessive use of pesticides

our room was clean and we loved that there was 24/7 room service available

second pool on the upper level was a little dirty and neglected compared to the other pool

hotel for a short stay with family, restaurant with good variety of food and good buffe for breakfast

we had the breakfast buffet one day and it was really good (albeit a little expensive

parking staff in the night was very rude, when i asked him that i wanted to park my car, he told me

rooms are clean and cosy. the breakfast is really good.

wifi didn't really reach my room so well

didn't eat the breakfast but we did enjoy a cup of coffee a couple of times

liked that the place is inside a secured area and that there was parking

the only complaint we have is the outdoor spa was dirty. this was 9:00 am.

pool was cold, i ve read that it was warm my toddler did not enjoy because of the temperature

don't get me wrong, i love kids but it was the only place in the whole

hotel is beautiful, there are pools, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, gardens

a beautiful place, with a lovely reception area, bar and restaurant but the rooms are dark, the bathroom

wifi didn't reach my room

nice bar - no bartender

wifi was bad

the heated pool is a huge highlight and the garden landscape is beautiful

i was able to get hot water from the bar downstairs

the next room had no wifi

wifisignal did not reach the room which is effectively the same as no wifi

swimming pool could be heated ,it was not

restaurant next door is closed during the week and there is no bar open or any service - with us being the only

service and spa was great as i remember it

the spa is a bit small but was good enough for our group of 3 (nobody else was present at the time)

the gardens are fantastic. nice spa services. food was great

beds were very comfortable, the restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious, and the pool area was great

view from our room which felt like we were in the dungeon was the parking lot and rubble from construction

the wifi was good, but some days it would disconnect and you'd have to re-enter the

location, super friendly and helpful staff parking and valet were super quick and convenient

the spa was also absolutely amazing one of the best massages i have ever had

everyone that goes must get spa treatment at maikiki spa

don't go to the spa that's a real rip off and not worth the money
