the pool was down for maintenance

nice gym - clean and well equipped. good wifi. looks like it has recently been refurbished.

the spa room was very peaceful

the walk between the inn and the spa was a bit unpleasant in the bad weather.

the spa tub was fantastic

the pool and spa were not in the same building

don't like that the pool and spa are separate from the main resort

everything except the pool wasn t open

staff is excellent, the pool in temperature controlled my kids had a blast both during winter and summer

swim in the pool and had exercise programs for them but guests had to limit exercise times in the gym

i called the front desk and they said no room service until 6:30

wouldve preferred room service rather than the buffet

buffet breakfast was nice and i really enjoyed dinner at the restaurant

the bed is comfortable,room is clean,room service is ok

there is a food tray with food and sensors that made me nervous with the kids

we picked this hotel because of pets allowed.
