liked the very comfortable room and amenities as well as the swimming pool and workout facilities

great hotel. nice bar and pool.

parking cost $20 which is a bit much and wifi costs as well

kids in pool too late and pool was cold

and dinner from henrietta s table (and brought it up to our room as there is currently no room service) and

he also sets a high bar for front desk personnel and their attitude and behavior show it

i had a problem with wifi

was spacious, comfy, clean, location is excellent, a bit pricy, polite staff, prompt and good laundry service,

fantastic facilities - great gym, nice social space on 4th floor with games and leasure spots

for a hotel that big, it should have a bigger gym

was easy to get to, clean, pretty, decent pool area for the kids, and the staff was very friendly

the pool was smaller than what i thought, and there was no staff at the bar in the afternoon.

are very professional and answered all our questions, room perfect only disappointment was the bar was closed

really enjoyed our stay especially the kids because they have an indoor pool

spa was busy with outside guests which didn t give me the time to have massage sections

also we used the spa services which were convenient
