very friendly staff. convenient location. clean comfortable room. nice pool area.

don't like that the pool and spa are separate from the main resort

tried to use the spa but it didn t open on time and then the sauna attendant called in sick so we couldn t

the hot tub and pool area were a great hit with the kids :) the hotel is very close to many restaurants and

extra for a spa tub room with fireplace for a quick romantic get away

suppose to include spa tub as referred to in photo

the spa tub looked really dirty

was disappointed that the whirlpool/ hot tub was not accessible during my stay

also we paid extra and chose this place because it offered a fireplace in the room

location to major highways, very well maintained property ample parking

the room service was great, and the entire staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly

at night the parking lot was packed and we had to bring our bags quite a distance

at the bar were not very good

the parking lot is very poorly lit

although i didn't use the facilities there was a nice gym & pool

there is an indoor heated pool and gym

hotel advertised the pool open and a laundry machines

i could not get any information abou free shuttle bus, so it was a bit confused for me.

the location was convenient to the manchester airport and the complementary airport shuttle was appreciated
