hotel was good value for money & the spa facilities were excellent

spa facilities only consisted of a swimming pool which was way to cold for comfort

clean and neat environment. good wifi

excellent breakfast & location for buses & theatre

not easy with kids and luggage

the gym and spa is high quality with extra touches

accommodation was first class in a big executive room with spa bath and walk in power shower, spotlessly clean

with kids i tend to travel with lot of luggage

had to wait a long time at the bar to settle the bill for our evening meal; otherwise nothing not to like

after a long day of travelling we decided to get room service for dinner

i stayed in the garden lodge, which is a maisonnette room, with a kitchen downstairs (great for a little baby

wifi was a bit hit & miss and due to the location and the building the 4g network reception was not

garden lodge room was excellent - lounge and kitchen were a very nice surprise

property was easy to find with good parking

location, found finding the hotel really easy and plenty of parking spaces

the spa as always was so relaxing and the lovely lighting makes it feel very calming

we used spa facilities, which were clean and suited our requirements

didn't like that there is no spa area

the extra big bed was comfy, pool area was amazing and the spa treatment was fantastic

would be perfect if they recommissioned their spa and pool facilities - when i want these, i stay elsewhere

how welcoming the staff were and how pet friendly it was

the bar choice was good and staff knew how to make a good aperol spritz ( you d be surprised how many

the breakfast and dinner were so nice too and the home made marmalade the bedtime ever

setting was beautiful, the breakfast excellent, and the staff all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you
