fabulous staff... fabulous food.. and the use of the towers spa facilities too

it's set like a holiday hotel with good standards with breakfast strong wifi, bedrooms big and high standard

one thing, that could be detailed, is that why do other workman come down to breakfast in dirty overalls, this

parking was good and the room was comfy

the hotel was clean with large rooms, and the parking was free with more than enough spaces

pool was a real bonus, with steam room and spa pool

given wrong room initially but ok as changed it. spa facilities closed.

aspect was that there was only one other couple staying that night so the dining room and bar lacked atmosphere

i stayed in the garden lodge, which is a maisonnette room, with a kitchen downstairs (great for a little baby

spa facilities only consisted of a swimming pool which was way to cold for comfort

accommodation was first class in a big executive room with spa bath and walk in power shower, spotlessly clean

after a long day of travelling we decided to get room service for dinner

hotel charges guest to use the spa facilities to use for 90 minutes, which i find unreasonable

staff super friendly (especially chloe from the bar), lovely room and spa facilities and quality breakfast

the spa was a relaxing retreat and felt totally relaxed on the the heated beds and jacuzzi

clock in the spa area- we were allowed 90minutes however we were unable to relax fully due to the unknown time

paying 25 (guest price)to use the spa for 90minutes

i wish there had been some spa or treatment facilities

a spa would be a nice touch, but can appreciate the building is as it is in the city centre

you have to come down to collect room service

but when you turn up for breakfast they o it take two vouchers and seem to not charge for the kids
