hotel experiences i've had dipped more into the luxury side of things, with enhanced decor and spa features

the flawless wifi and youtube option on the tv remote; the plush, comfortable mattress.

the coffee shop & bar in the lobby were closed due to covid 19.

no clear direction to gym/pool area

need more directional signage to gym

eight bus loads of kids were extremely noisy

parking was very limited on saturday night (due to sneaker ball

kids lived the indoor pool and that it was a lot of stores for them to get snacks from within

gym had more cardio machines than weight machines and was missing 8lb hand weights.

gym was very nice

the staff was accommodating very friendly the breakfast was awesome

i walked around to see the gym and the pool but it was late when i got there and i just needed a bite to eat

the gym wasn t like any other gym, it was big and the machines were actually up to date.

breakfast room service was a little strange

i booked and received confirmation for me and my kids

no ambiance . laundry service difficult

i asked him to fix the room keycard as to my kids with my wife was standing for going into room

the staff was not nice to our kids that stayed

no nibbles at the bar ( which were available the last time we stayed

also the kids museum is right next door which is great with families with kids

good size gym. starbucks in the hotel.

gym is open but no towels in the gym

close to a variety of restaurants which was great due to traveling with kids

those are limited so that was understandable and a late check out is beyond hotel s control

nice gym

lastly, the breakfast set-up was probably the best i ve ever seen offered at a hotel

kitchen was awesome. bed was super comfy. breakfast was great - lots of options.

the room was spacious and the kitchen was fabulous (full size fridge, stove, microwave, etc)

better breakfast than anticipated due to corona. fresh and plentiful.

only that bar was closed at 9

breakfast was nice and hot. the waiters were excellent as well.

i like everything. the staff was great! the bar was amazing.

ask desk about guest laundry room, clerk stated that she had no idea if machines workedud83dude2c no microwave

no room service, no breakfast you can take in room, no visible usb

the pool and spa area are very nice

beautiful common areas. excellent gym.

excellent gym and other treatments available

they need to be clear about their pet policy i had to pay double the price of my room.

breakfast was good. excellent pool. staff was always courteous and efficient

pet friendly, very clean, near a dog park, staff are always very nice

service is fantastic at lyle dc - jonny at the front desk offered a late check out at short notice as well

early check in at 12 was amazing

the room with the kitchenette is spacious enough if you travel with a baby

the hotel restaurant has delicious food and becomes a popular bar destination in the evenings
