the room itself has high ceilings, spacious, clean, and we had a room with a gorgeous view of the sears/willis

felt a bit uncomfortable my kids are older and i would have went out and had a drink or something but i felt

room service: one staff member made it seem like the gratuity was not included, when i openly asked

stranded at ohare airport with my 2 little kids

the shuttle driver was terrible. he yelled at my kids and was a total jerk.

clean and well appointed room, and the hotel amenities can t be beat with a lovely spa and access to all of

work out ,visit the spa or just hang out in the pool having your favorite cocktails

it's super-spiffy, with lots of amenities (pool, gym, mail room, etc), and the studio apartment is terrifically

beautiful apartment! clean and lots of sunlight!! pet friendly & the views are outstanding!!

there was also no hairdryer in the room, but i think the full kitchen & personal laundry made up for that

our stay at this brand new, luxury apartments with excellent amenities (gym, pool, jacuzzi/steam room), convenient

no indoor pool but it s worth the stay still .
