loved the location of this hotel, free airport shuttle, location, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff and

it because it had a shuttle, but unfortunately they were on strike

however this hotel never provide the free shuttle services to airport anymore

it was so convenient and easy to access, on the ground floor, and the spa was lovely

nice pool and jacuzzi spa on main floor

all-day water and coffee, microwave to reheat your food, and if it weren t for covid, pool and spa would have

& smooth check in, rooms were clean n crisp, amenities (pool & spa were used both were clean &fresh) parking

stayed here with young kids, it was amazing, close to airport and all the places around this place, definitely

they have laundry - key for remote workers

was extra comfy - close proximity to where i was going the next day on a course - free parking - free wifi -

we ve stayed in the accent inn in kamloops several times when visiting our kids, so we knew we d be in good

we used them many times for info and to get a late check out and always accommodating

it has a lovely 1 bedroom suite with a kitchenette/livingroom

kids loved the breakfast waffle maker!

hire car , pick up from vancouver airport, only a short easy 5 minute drive , hotel offered free parking

a 9am check-in, although had to pay an extra $45 and wait in the lobby for 30mins with very tired kids (after

the complementary breakfast was adequate, but maybe not enough choices for some people

i splurged at gorgeous gordon ramsey steak and at the spa for a mani-pedi, really felt top notch
