being a single mom with three kids the only thing of our whole trip that i was extremely looking forward to

lady at the reception told us she upgraded our reservation by giving us a junior suite with kitchenette, which

spa bath was hard to use spa bath was very loud tv is pretty old can't watch any streaming apps on

it was recently renovated and very clean :) the hotel has a starbucks, spa and gym open late ~ can't go wrong

pay extra money for wifi and parking

the staff are always friendly and accommodating, hotel is clean which is important for me, great room service

breakfast was fine. i enjoyed the gym and the basketball and sports hall.

for 3 days stay, i didn t find any negative points but i didn t use the facilities (bkf, gym, pool) and i

free wifi sucks

i didnt like that they didn't serve breakfast .. i don't like that the gym and pool were closed

the gym was spectacular

pool and hot tub were acceptable but the sauna elevated it to a spa like feel

the hot whirlpool spa was 103 and the sauna was over 80 and sat on my towel while wringing out my bathing

pool was nice, but soo many kids made it not enjoyable, and location

and sunday the pool has a baby and mom swim from 11am to 2pm with a half hour set up and breakdown time

wanted a spa getaway but the spa is under renovation and the site unfortunately did not relay this

loved the king spa room.

great twin beds. loved the pool & spa as well as the excellent breakfast.

i liked the spa suite we were in and also the cleanliness of the hotel.

the breakfast staff, irene and thaddeus, were amazing. the spa was excellent.

i received a drink certificate for the bar (i am accor platinum) which we used in trio when we had dinner

microwave, fridge too small, restaurant too expensive, no room service, no laundry for extended stay

our arrival the customer service was great we asked for a later check in and they allowed us to stay until 12

one small recommendation is to think about building a finish sauna in the large spa area.

when needed extra pillows, blankets they came immediately breakfast was excellent and the kitchen/dining room

very clean and large suite with kitchen.,,the included breakfast is fantastic.

me and if you don't have wall charger you'll be waiting in line to charge your device with your kids but other

modern with big rooms and well equipped kitchen. you have everything what you need. inside pool.

breakfast was really good but we were close to the end and there was less variation towards the end

wifi is disconnected for my phone and laptop, except for certain time or location in the room

stayed there 2 times this summer with kids

we also asked for early check in, when we came in they acted rude

they were so accommodating with our late check out at 1 pm

it was also very clean and they have nice lobby and gym

the reception to the breakfast table the following morning, it was fantastic

you had to go down to go up to the pool.

at check in late check out girl said yes no problem then next day maid knocking on door then when went to check

the hotel is beautiful, nice bar and food. super staff when i requested a room change.

truffles delivered - complimentary bar staff and restaurant amazing and valet parking is great as well

efficient airport pick up and lots of good restaurants near by late check out was no hassle

5 minutes drive from arrival hall at the airport, you can call them and they’ll send you a free shuttle in a

spa open at 10 should be earlier.

spa is superb

there is also a spa on site as well if you need to unwind and relax
