decent wifi

needs a laundry facility/service of some kind. room service came too early for me (late riser).

earlier breakfast option on weekends would be good.

breakfast although supposedly included, was limited to only one option and it was just ok

no collection for laundry. breakfast was just in the bar and over priced.

i liked the bar area in the room with sink so we could make drinks comfortably

a uniquely decorated, spacious room with a comfy king sized bed and an oversized chair and ottoman to relax

also to have spa and gym only for women was a bit strange policy

room was very spacious with a lovely balcony, bathroom was incredibly large with a huge bathtub with a variety

i could get filet mignon on room service menu but dining in the restaurant was great as well, no complaints

install a rowing machine (concept or water rower) in the gym.

it was exactly what was needed walking distance to attractions, excellent spa accommodations, excellent decor

the spa is probably the best in toronto with everything you could ever need, massage, sauna, steam bath

it must be added to the description of the accommodation that lobby wifi will be informed as soon as a booking

calls to reception went unanswered no explanation on how to get in after hours, or how to access wifi or how

wifi went out often.

the house was very cold and there's no smart tv. plus the wifi isn't fast enough.
