building in a beautiful location, excellent spa treatments, good restaurant - and even an outdoor pool

the couples massage at the spa was amazing

was just beautiful and so relaxing between the spa and the wonderful rocking chairs i really enjoyed my stay

staff in restaurant was inattentive, booking staff in spa was unhelpful, disinterested, and classless

the spa area, there is a sauna, which unfortunately did not work

don't believe the bar was open when i arrived or the restaurant and that was disappointing since i was expecting

it rained the whole time here so i couldn't take advantage of it, nice grounds and spacious parking lot

the gym and pool stocked with towels

leak , the amenities such as pool , spa , fitness center were closed due to this leak and there laundry facility

spa was broken

the whirlpool spa was full of children and the jets weren't working

if possible, don't put kids/ dogs on the top floor

it was a decent size room for my wife and i and our 2 kids as well as give us a taste of

great staff. big room with my pet!

there was a dog barking constantly across from us and i complained and they said they are pet friendly and

was stuck at 78 degrees and continued to blowout hot air even when the air was turned out, the kitchen was in

kitchen utensils and drawers were not so clean please ensure that is not overlooked by
