booked hotel specifically because it had a spa tub - did not work for last 4 days of my trip

they closed all the restaurants and room service for a huge groups of people who took over the hotel they

there was a used bar of soap in the shower when we checked in

clean and comfortable. very friendly staff. nice bar lounge area.

little tired. water bottle machine broken in gym.

the l2 ev charger on the non handicap spot is broken.

i needed a late check out and the staff allowed me to do it despite the fact they were busy.

great location for shows at cap theatre. decent bar food.

complaint was it was still hot in september and their pool and spa were closed

option of separate rooms/a door that closes between bedroom and living room for traveling with kids who need an

two bedrooms apartment is perfect for a large family with young kids, spacious and comfortable

did not entertain the breakfast however the room the customer service staff everyone was great definitely a 10

bed was so comfortable. kitchen modern and clean.

spa services are very limited and extremely expensive.

pool hours are from 9-5 on the weekends, and it have a bar and the restaurant

with patio like furniture to sit and relax after dinner or just a long day at the pool with the kids

our room was great, parking right next to us was really a plus

facilities are fab! outdoor swimming pool in the summer was a hit for my kids!

no room service for breakfast, television would turn off at will.
