spa & leisure facilities

the spa is an oasis of calm

wakened early with noise and work going on while i was having spa treatment which was a bit irritating

the pure spa and the sauna were lovely though

hotel was really nice, very spacious when walking around, the grounds were very picturesque

in was 3pm i arrived about 1pm the staff where amazing from housekeeping to restaurant staff the spa team the

there is a beautiful golf course, pool ,spa and is a great base for touring the area

even the views from the rooms was beutiful, free access to the spa honestly i could not fault anything about

spa and gym have everything you need and really good breakfast and dinner, the dinner portions are

olha in the spa was amazing. the room was clean and the staff went the extra mile.

gowns and slippers for use of the spa facilities are not included in the booking unless it's a spa day booking

spa could maybe do with a little bit of work but still not a bad word to say about our stay

staff were exceptional, the dining in the dungeon experience along with the spa was outstanding

spa is small but nice addition, it may be crowded during the high season

couldn't use the spa facilities as it was very busy - i have heard from other users it is complimentary

wifi was poor however we learned on check out it had been down

location, easy parking, brilliant wifi connection in room, and no password required

staff were very friendly loads of parking spaces amazingly powerful shower close to edinburgh and newcraighall

great food, easy to get to, good wifi, good carparking

free parking and readily available which was the bonus to me

hotel, with good spa facilities, great for after a long day out in the city to relax and

spa with steam room and sauna, spotlessly clean.

the pool area lacks a spa bath and, sadly, they have stopped offering spa treatments.

the health spa is great

it has modern rooms, a perfect breakfast and it has even a spa on the site

tram in short walking distance the pool the restaurant the staff were brilliant and friendly the spa added

it was out of the hotel's control, and the fault of our timing, but the spa and pool were closed :( will be sure

we like the studio size of the room. shower space. bathroom space . gym. breakfast. staff

comfortable room, kitchen with everything for making simple food, especially when traveling with kids

breakfast was (free) room service, however, the choices were disappointing

did not know about free wifi.

the gym was a little basic and tiny but that's bias from gym enthusiast

room service options were extremely limited, especially for a saturday night

we had do not disturb on the door, toilet paper wasn t topped up when room we cleaned, no laundry service

clean, reception and bar staff were extremely helpful and friendly, loved our time in

rooms are spacious and comfortable (well designed)

the spa facilities were closed during our stay but as it was a short visit it wasn't a big deal.

other holiday inns with spa facility s have multiple treatment rooms

though it was a big place you didn t feel claustrophobic breakfast was lovely the spa was nice to and the

staff were more then accommodating absolutely lovely especially a boy at the spa who helped myself with my

food was amazing. spa was so relaxing and staff were so helpful

location, staff service, spa facilities, hotel food, cleanliness, sleep were all exceptional

we enjoyed the pool and spa facilities as well

need a lavatory brush in rooms. also spa toilet area a bit rusty?

no bath robes available for spa facilities

swimming pool was excellent for kids. breakfast was even better because the kids ate free.

had one complaint, the rooftop spa pool water was too low a temperature, we are booked in again for november,

50 for 24 hours,one spa was an amazing experience,rooms spacious and extremely comfortable

amazing and the spa is out of this world
