the pool was beautiful

pool area little far from rooms but they will take you in golf carts so not a problem!!!!!

the wifi was strong everywhere in and around the complex

the spa on the roof top needs a rail to assist guests getting in and out of the spa for safety

paid full retail for a suite and was never told that two restaurants and the spa would not re-open until september

grounds being mowed with noisy gas mowers while guests are trying to enjoy pool area

room service is limited hours and limited menu

loved the spa and the beach was the best part of our stay

my massage at the spa was perfect and the view in my gulf tower room was superb

we go downstairs to fix that again go to the spa and ask the spa to charge massages to each corresponding

onsite spa and dining were excellent beach staff very attentive

although the prices have gone up at the tiki bar we don’t want to make it so it’s not affordable

was no chain on the room door or an interior security lock, and parking is a little bit away from the rooms

were treated like second class citizens at the spa

and the best facial ever with jossy at stillwater spa

was not great, drinks over priced and not good, restaurant was closed the entire time of stay, spa was closed,

loved the pools, the service from kane, the spa, beach yoga and the beach

heater on the outdoor spa was not working (it was one of the main things i was looking forward to)

no spa or restaurant by the pool any more. it just doesn't have the same vibe as it once did.

clean, courteous, good food, live music, spa and gift shops. no need to leave the resort

tried to make an appointment at the spa on their website and it was not very efficient so i didn't use a spa at

walked into the spa stressed and exhausted, i left a completely different person, relaxed and refreshed

spa not open, not communicated to us prior. it was the reason we went there.

room service food is provided by their restaurant so if you order something its based on the

u r sitting at the bar relaxing and as soon as gate closes, u hear that annoying noisy

enjoyed everything; the luxurious room, the cabana tiki bar and restaurant, the chloe's restaurant on the 3rd

resort fee for parking, complementary breakfast and free wifi none of it is free if you must pay $95

very nice breakfast buffet. really liked have a garage below for parking car.

was able to get a different room for early check in and was able to use our breakfast coupons early because we

had a small kitchen area, and the sink outside of the shower/toilet
