nice location right on quiet section of the beach with an excelant restaurant and room service

the laundry room needs a major upgrade

i paid full price for a spa hotel and when i checked in i found out the spa was under renovation

was not great, drinks over priced and not good, restaurant was closed the entire time of stay, spa was closed,

i didn t realize there was a gym until the day i left, but that is more on me for not asking when i couldn

check out (with a fee that was acceptable) the staff was just super, from check in, bell men, room service,

carpets were duty and stained, no toiletries, no extra pillows or blankets and best of all, room service

they allowed late check out until 2pm on sunday

the bartender at the pool was the only one working

5 star customer service- front desk, room service, support staff, restaurant staff, even the marina manager

was no chain on the room door or an interior security lock, and parking is a little bit away from the rooms
