was no chain on the room door or an interior security lock, and parking is a little bit away from the rooms

was not great, drinks over priced and not good, restaurant was closed the entire time of stay, spa was closed,

were treated like second class citizens at the spa

the family pool was perfect

onsite spa and dining were excellent beach staff very attentive

we go downstairs to fix that again go to the spa and ask the spa to charge massages to each corresponding

my massage at the spa was perfect and the view in my gulf tower room was superb

loved the spa and the beach was the best part of our stay

can expect the hotel to provide few bottles of water in the room which are not part of the mini bar

paid full retail for a suite and was never told that two restaurants and the spa would not re-open until september

easy connection to a golf course and a large spa centre

also while i was in the spa i noticed it needed painting and could use updating in the decor department

is no view of the beach from the hotel lobby, restaurants or pool

not a kids friendly hotel either

the spa was exceptional and pool side very relaxing

room , buffet breakfast excellent, beautiful trolley ride thru the preserves to the beach, spa treatment was

place the only thing negative was that the shuttle service to the beach was always backed up and you had to wait

no room service or spa onsite.

i think the one guy is a little quick to shut the pool down at the slightest sign of a storm rolling in

everything was very clean and right now they are not doing daily room service but all you have to do is call

main pool is a walk in (great for little kids) fort myers area is so family friendly with fabulous bars and

the drinks at the bar were not that great

great location. excellent staff and amenities. breakfast was great

was able to get a different room for early check in and was able to use our breakfast coupons early because we

did not see poolside service, although bar and grill close to pool

created a spa like feel

the spa on the roof top needs a rail to assist guests getting in and out of the spa for safety

the spa service was also top notch

service, front desk staff, room staff, hotel style, feel, spa team and spa manager, rooms, pool area, walk to

the location, the pool patio area and the spa were all awesome!

are misleading because pools are a block away- either hotel golf cart or 15 minute walk

wish the shuttles ran every half hour instead of hour
