bad the spa was closed due tu covid measures

good breakfast at extra cost

no room service despite three requests.

upon arrival they told us that there will be no room service

breakfast area in the lobby not at level expected

the spa was kind of weird as its in an enclosed room with a gym

quiet. the spa .

had a long drive from the south east of spain (12 hours) and once i got closer to the area, i had received a

room service / housekeeping: - first day - housekeeping between 4-5pm which is very late - next day

wifi is poor quality, wasn't able to connect with all my devices and lost connection many times

the bar to be open but understand it was out of season

time of check in with no flex for arriving early. no obvious bar in the evening

location, perfect view over the bay, lovely swimming pool, parking on sire and friendly staff

there was also a bizarre health/spa machine in the reception that i didn t understand, nor was it explained

day-time staff were a little grumpy and seemed very unacqainted with the bar and how it worked

bar wasn t manned and it could be lovely with a little effort and advertising of cocktails or

room service could not be faulted

there is a small bar area and a comfortable seating area adjacent

there are many entrances to the spa and the entrance to the hotel could be better indicated

fantastic spa and fabulous food

the hotel, spa , location and the great team working at thalazur arcachon.

need to keep in mind at the spa that when they say proper bathing suit they meen speedo/lycra

very clean - beautiful spa and pool with salt warm water - great restaurant on the spot - free parking - friendly

breakfast was good

but breakfast was served to eat in the room with a table and chairs

we chose and paid for a pool and golf course view room, we were given a room at the front of the house, which

it backs into a golf course and was very clean and modern

stunning decoration, lovely setting and pool. helpful friendly staff.

location, spa, nearby shop, 5 min from the center

location is superb. staff were friendly and gave as a room upgrade. spa is quite convenient.

the spa was awesome too with a jacuzzi on the terrace but also indoor pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna

the room was clean and the staff was nice. there is a sauna and a gym.

like the bed and i like the pool, and the room is very good and i don t ear nothing it is very isolated

i brought a pet (hamster) with me

the balneo spa was very good and once again all the staff so lovely and concerned that

we didn t use the spa but it looked beautiful we can t recommend this wonderful place highly enough

loved everything in particular the pool and the spa area and the relaxed attitude of the staff

have a last drink at the bar

sport facilities on the spa area a bit out of order

spa and pool could have been open earlier - we had to leave after breakfast so didn't get chance to

expensive.spa was not a spa. only a jacuzzi you had to book. no gym.
