the property is on the edge of the golf course so has lovely views and the pool is fab

like was that the owner had to unlock our bedroom door from inside the property to leave our breakfast on a tray

the spa was kind of weird as its in an enclosed room with a gym

had a long drive from the south east of spain (12 hours) and once i got closer to the area, i had received a

one of the codes was for room service; sadly this is out of date and the hotel does not provide room service

superb breakfast and relaxing evening drinks on the rooftop terrace

bar but you could buy a bottle of beer and wine oh the gym was nothing as only 3 machines and

was a very nice salon with a bar but the bar was not open although it was possible to order room

the balcony was fab and had gorgeous views overlooking the pool and the beautiful beach

there was also a bizarre health/spa machine in the reception that i didn t understand, nor was it explained

room service could not be faulted

bar wasn t manned and it could be lovely with a little effort and advertising of cocktails or

didn't have breakfast but used the bar facility in the evening which has a good selection of drinks

no usable public space within hotel and room service for breakfast was difficult to get right.

location is superb. staff were friendly and gave as a room upgrade. spa is quite convenient.

the spa was awesome too with a jacuzzi on the terrace but also indoor pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna

just an all round great experience . the spa and pools are fantastic

need to keep in mind at the spa that when they say proper bathing suit they meen speedo/lycra

there are many entrances to the spa and the entrance to the hotel could be better indicated

small rooms , the spa was limited

good wifi connection and plenty of mains outlets for chargers

the balneo spa was very good and once again all the staff so lovely and concerned that

we didn t use the spa but it looked beautiful we can t recommend this wonderful place highly enough

loved everything in particular the pool and the spa area and the relaxed attitude of the staff

spa and pool could have been open earlier - we had to leave after breakfast so didn't get chance to
