the spa was not available due to a chlor accident (a guest was affected by it)

spa and pool could have been open earlier - we had to leave after breakfast so didn't get chance to

expensive.spa was not a spa. only a jacuzzi you had to book. no gym.

need to keep in mind at the spa that when they say proper bathing suit they meen speedo/lycra

there are many entrances to the spa and the entrance to the hotel could be better indicated

i brought a pet (hamster) with me

like the bed and i like the pool, and the room is very good and i don t ear nothing it is very isolated

the room was clean and the staff was nice. there is a sauna and a gym.

'free' wifi which meant you have to sign on each time you return within range or be persuaded to buy

there was also a bizarre health/spa machine in the reception that i didn t understand, nor was it explained

didn't have breakfast but used the bar facility in the evening which has a good selection of drinks

hotel wifi is needlessly complicated and we consumed data when we thought we were connected to wifi but

room service could not be faulted

loved everything in particular the pool and the spa area and the relaxed attitude of the staff

the balneo spa was very good and once again all the staff so lovely and concerned that

peaceful, great facilities, spa reasonably priced, helpful staff in a great location

we didn t use the spa but it looked beautiful we can t recommend this wonderful place highly enough

the kitchen was a great plus and everything was very clean
