there was a charge for spa usage incorrectly applied to our room (this was quickly rectified by

we were not met by concierge, no luggage racks in room, no way to indicate room occupancy, no spa/restaurant

while we were there the weather was not very warm yet so pool etc

great vegan lunches, the spa was wonderful, morning yoga and my kids loved the skate paths

was old school comfy, with large hallways and rooms, very clean, lovely staff, lovely old bar that was great

no room service which i expected for a 5-star hotel.
