i wanted a spa treatment and day one i couldn't find anyone to help me, i went to the spa several times, there

buggy, spa massage and breakfast were really good.

personal at reception and spa were very friendly, some of the rest should learn

of with few exceptions, at least the looks at the higher level are well taken care of, also the spa although

spa (from the treatment to the kindness of the employees) and the restaurant food (which was always

morning you could hear the workers, the hammers restaurant is not working anymore neither the spa (wrong

spa and restaurant were both shut down, and the location made it difficult to get food otherwise

the fact that i could not use the jacuzzi and sauna, even when pool was ok to use

breakfast was bountiful.... located near la paz park, great for kids

the bed was comfortable and pool, jacuzzi and cantena were added perks that we used and loved

name on booking.com does not match name of hotel. profile says there is a spa - there is not.

in this hotel we had the best breakfast of all our stays in costa rica
