the pool and spa amazing. the breakfast really good. the place is clean.

we loved being on the first floor because we had the parking space right by our back door

spa and pool water were dirty on monday morning (grime/dirt on ceramic, floating *stuff*) but

the restaurant was great, loved the burger, and the bar staff were friendly and welcoming.

when we got there there was no parking as a big party was happening at the restaurant but ended at 9 so we

not able to leave my luggages at the hotel and i had to leave them in the car at the bell center parking

we enjoyed the room service

not much stores or restaurants around and the gym was not well equipped

close to highway and metro (public transit system) and nice pool.

spa wasn't open for the two days we stayed when the hours said 10-9 monday to sunday and i was

such a short walk from our parking space directly into our room, which was perfect for what we needed

it was nice to have a fridge, microwave oven, full kitchen sink, eating counter, and tv

place was quite: it was a bungalow next to the pond with its own little kitchen, and compact washer and dryer

my parking spot was super reachable and visible

hospitality from the owners, rooms are clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable, ample parking, and great

rooms and bed, very poor and bad breakfast, wifi connection very weak

wifi in rooms meant we had to spend a lot of time sitting in the dining room to access the wifi

clean bright bedrooms with large windows, clean bathroom, excellent cleaning service , great tv & wifi connection

pool and fitness center were nice

com said it has 'laundry(paid)' , but it is a paid laundry service which takes 24 hours, not a paid laundry

got kicked off wifi when streaming a movie

to top it all off the spa was luxurious and professional, one of the best massages i ve had

husband and i fled our four kids to the oasis of the spa and hotel william gray

everything from the spa all the amenities, beautiful room perfect location

got massages at the spa which was 10/10

the spa facilities are wonderful too

was very comfortable; and the shower was like a spa experience

the staff was borderline rude and there is no spa in the hotel when i specifically selected that option

would highly recommend booking to go to the bota bota spa (10 mins walk away) through the hotel as they gave

ive and gourmand for morning treats, cafe stash for cozy polish food and pianist, bota bota spa and many museums

spa bathroom and wonderful kingsize bed excellent location central to everything

the thermal spa a short walk away was fantastic for a rainy day, i had the place to myself on a tuesday morning

did not get to enjoy the spa & gym but the king suite was gorgeous

we also greatly enjoyed the scandinave spa and the discount the hotel gave us

clean, comfortable, small kitchenette, attention to detail, lovely and large spa like bathroom

they work with a very nice spa off site, however, an on-site spa, pool, hot tub would be better.
