booked hotel specifically because it had a spa tub - did not work for last 4 days of my trip

requested an early check in and got one after speaking to the manager of the front desk

room service actually surly and aggressive

they closed all the restaurants and room service for a huge groups of people who took over the hotel they

there was a used bar of soap in the shower when we checked in

disappointed no coffee available pool area very nice

would love if they offered a free breakfast bar in am

gym is good size but equipment is all old, cheap and badly maintained

this was not great for my kids who needed a bed

2 hours to check in the line was extremely long and they only had 1 staff member had 2 small kids that were

complaint was it was still hot in september and their pool and spa were closed

in the suite, bathroom was clean and spacious as well, i had to call downstairs to retrieve the wifi login access

room size bed size comfortable couches, the kitchen

have two kids and they have a good time a lot of space and not safe environment so i'm happy with everything

clean friendly staff. pet friendly

the staff was nice,room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was delicious.

location was great. apartment was large with full kitchen.

beds were very comfy, suites were spacious, well equipped, bathroom nice . breakfast adequate

also, we had some issues upgrading our free to high-speed wifi, and i thought it was not a big deal

my only recommendations are towels available at the pool, sauna needs to be serviced in women s locker room

++laundry room on site quiet nice balcony to enjoy outdoors without leaving

dirty -room smelled like smoke {we bought air freshener to plug in} -wallpaper was peeling -daily room service

parking was nice the room had a little patio

bar was closed because they said it was a slow wknd

kids loved pool

noise coming from kids jumping on their bed at 7am the level above us....

perfect place for family! the little kids loved it, so did our parents.

wifi is slow but i believe that was due to an internet crash on the entire trip state area

the gym, racket ball court, etc was all beautiful, the

excellent and helpful staff; location was good, with very easy access and parking

great free parking, quiet and clam atmosphere even when there were events on the first floor, the third floor

tv in room was laughably small... room service breakfast was underwhelming.

in general, the hotel is clean and quiet, and i liked the option to upgrade your wifi speed if you need it

pool, gym, etc. were under renovation and unusable; not advised in advance, children unhappy

other than that, it was easy to charge devices and loved having a deep couch/pull out for the kids
