certainly not enough of a problem to stop me from coming back but with kids at home, i needed the be able to

i like the pool the staff and most of all the surrounding are great and confident

bigger pool, gym, spa facilities etc and whilst the yellow bird does not have any of these due to it's boutique

doing, food in the restaurant was also good especially breakfast which set you up for the day, pool was lovely

the window in the kitchen could have been shaded as too much light affected my sleep.

is not new, but bathrooms are totally renovated, beds are comfortable, and kitchen was an added plus

made an appointment for a massage at the spa for 9 am however, they was no one at the spa when i arrived so did

if your looking for all inclusive, pay that bit extra and go to somewhere like o2 hotel and spa which is worlds

didn't like the fact that i was told i could have a free 10 minute massage and the lady at the spa gave the

food and staff were good. room was spacious and bed and pillows comfortable. spa was good.

the hotel is compact and cosy with spacious rooms, equipped kitchen with american style fridge-freezer

the spa was fantastic, the food was wonderful and the beach was amazing

we landed late on our first night and couldn t order room service as it was just after

i was to fault the hotel it was the toilets for the pool & social area could be cleaned more

hotel, rooms were clean and all inclusive drinks were constant from the bar staff who were super friendly and

chairs by the water get taken at 7-8am so if you didn t get one your only option is by the pool had to ask to

pool is great with lovely grounds and plenty of loungers , fantastic under cover area with amazing

we started our days in the gym that conveniently opens at 6am and were lulled to sleep by waves on the lounge

of the staff especially at breakfast were quite grumpy and the spa was more like a modest beauty salon rather

we were given a voucher to use but spa fully booked

the suite is wonderful having a full kitchen and washer and dryer plunge pool and the breathtaking view of the

breakfast. was very good .

only that there was no room service in the evenings.

my only wish is that they had a specific spa parlour located within the hotel itself.

the sports channel always being on in the beach bar next to the pool where it took over the whole space

- on top the main restaurant was closed further restricting the dining options on site, or the room service

breakfast delicious location and setting was amazing

the new changes to the reception decore detract from the colonial feel of the property and having breakfast in

lovely pool to dip in and keep cool

but we could go and have our breakfast round the pool

the outside area with pool, bbq and shaded seating is a real bonus

the wifi was a bit weak outside of the house.

my children couldn't stay out of the pool, it was so clean, warn and nice

issue was the other pool area wasn't open for serving drinks around the swim up pool, so we had to take our own

range of drinks and snacks in the sunset island honesty bar would have been good
