spa pool didn't work

carriage house and pool/spa was under construction

friendly people, amazing rooms with views, loved the private pool!

we understand there was a fire at the laundry recently, that might have impacted that

annoyingly, the wifi went down one day and another day we couldn't use the pool without any warning

it was poorly staffed. lifts didn't work. long waits for bar service and mediocre food

the spa center was closed on sunday.

the hotel is compact and cosy with spacious rooms, equipped kitchen with american style fridge-freezer

the spa was fantastic, the food was wonderful and the beach was amazing

left dirty dishes from room service in room, sink and on balcony

bigger pool, gym, spa facilities etc and whilst the yellow bird does not have any of these due to it's boutique

the high level cupboards/ microwave/ grill in the kitchenette-needed a step stool to reach

without water for a whole day (even to the point where one couldn't make a cup of tea) and the wifi worked so

fun bar next door

the sidewalks and pool area were very clean, the plants were healthy and the beds were neatly kept

wifi wasn t good. telephone wasn t connected and faulty safe.

bar forgot the drinks order and it took 7 attempts to get the bill right

the girls at the spa were amazing and the food at the restaurant was some of the best food i've eaten

althought offered a free spa treatment there was no availability during our stay

be a little noisy at times especially in the morning if people are using the spa or restaurant

they have enough free parking lots

it has a great little pool and just across the road was a fantastic sandy beach

of the building may not look great but the rooms are completely renovated, spacious, clean, full kitchen and

upon arrival wifi wasn't working, but the issue was resolved within a few days.

my visit was a surprise gift for a friend i emailed ahead to book spa treatments

the spa was great and professional

couldn't get anything to dry in room or balcony. breakfast and spa were very expensive

made an appointment for a massage at the spa for 9 am however, they was no one at the spa when i arrived so did

didn't like the fact that i was told i could have a free 10 minute massage and the lady at the spa gave the

if your looking for all inclusive, pay that bit extra and go to somewhere like o2 hotel and spa which is worlds

of the staff especially at breakfast were quite grumpy and the spa was more like a modest beauty salon rather

my only wish is that they had a specific spa parlour located within the hotel itself.

the new changes to the reception decore detract from the colonial feel of the property and having breakfast in

but we could go and have our breakfast round the pool

the outside area with pool, bbq and shaded seating is a real bonus

my children couldn't stay out of the pool, it was so clean, warn and nice

issue was the other pool area wasn't open for serving drinks around the swim up pool, so we had to take our own

range of drinks and snacks in the sunset island honesty bar would have been good
