lovely pool to dip in and keep cool

the apartment and its residential neighborhood were quiet and parking on the street was easy

large kitchen with all appliances

apartment was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen

my children couldn't stay out of the pool, it was so clean, warn and nice

however, it was hit and miss with the restaurant and bar being open, plus it is way out of town, and without

pool and bar were very quiet, so atmosphere was a little down

gym needs improvement

my only wish is that they had a specific spa parlour located within the hotel itself.

the sports channel always being on in the beach bar next to the pool where it took over the whole space

my visit was a surprise gift for a friend i emailed ahead to book spa treatments

wifi was bad, top floor no lift. breakfast was really scarce

food choice wasn t up to par and breakfast and lunch too pricey

they said they offered a continental breakfast but i don t think it was.

and only one third of the price of the holetown spa hotels which strike me as all somewhat similar

the pool is smaller, but once again well kept, refreshing and did its job of cooling us down

the hotel is compact and cosy with spacious rooms, equipped kitchen with american style fridge-freezer

we went to the gym twice

i was to fault the hotel it was the toilets for the pool & social area could be cleaned more

wifi was exceptionally poor and never worked

the bar could have also had a btit more variety

i was given tips to everyone & when i go to the bar they all just ignore me

needs updating, wifi is very hit and miss everywhere, food is a very limited buffet, more like a canteen than

bar forgot the drinks order and it took 7 attempts to get the bill right

on site was a nice bar and restaurant looking over the pool area with sufficient sun loungers

the pool is very small - i d say it lends itself to an adult only hotel as when there are children

wifi wasn t good. telephone wasn t connected and faulty safe.

have to admit that the gym is way too small for the number of people that is on site

requests > checkout bill took us 45 mins to resolve as we had been overcharged, including for golf which was

annoyingly, the wifi went down one day and another day we couldn't use the pool without any warning
