grounds, restaurant has an amazing view, pool and kayaks

the road on one side is very loud with motorbikes, kids, shouting

the room was adequate, clean with comfortable beds and good wifi and a comfortable little sitting area in front

breakfast was amazing

the views, the swimming pool, the decor, the hacienda style, the kiaking, the location, the breakfast, the beds

the kids enjoyed the pool

pool was great and best of all, they have temascals you can book at no extra cost

hotel friendly staff beautiful gardens with fruits and a stunning view of volcano from the pool

wifi in the bedrooms didn t work while we were there so it was inconvenient to have to walk down

breakfast was good as well

spa was not 100% functional and sometimes food would take too much time to arive

views, lovely staff, great spa massages and treatments, friendly atmosphere and mostly quiet and

stayed for 4 nights in one of the domes which look beautiful in the pictures and are nice and spacious inside

there is a bar right next door which has loud music / karaoke / open mic although it does close at 10pm the

also, our room was next to the restaurant kitchen and next door to another bar that had music

there is no spa in the hotel. and the low-level massage by an external source

charming library type bar with fireplace and great pool with infinity hot tub

place was uniquely decorated, the gardens were full of birds, the view from the restaurant and pool to the lake

fabulous views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes from our balcony and the pool area

it s also a great place to take kids

also there are spa treatments like sauna, massages, hot tubs and swimming stops

no wifi in room

wifi works pretty good most of the time

oh and the wifi is great throughout

everything but the pool need to have reservation to be use . thays is what they said.

breakfast that is included is incredible, the cabina was amazing with the most incredible views,

had a hiccup with our breakfast initially, after some back and forth hotel agreed to include the missing breakfast

breakfast with a view of the volcano was pure paradise we could have stayed another week
