the secure parking for our car was a plus

private parking was a bonus. staff were very helpful and efficient.

the wifi connection was very slow. poor lighting in the room and the ac didn't work.

the owner was regularly smoking around the restaurant while people were eating

wifi in room didn't work as we were farthest room from the office but we were warned when booking

small thing, but could do with more hooks / spaces to dry wet clothes given there is a lake and a pool to swim

it's a beautiful place by a lake that is like a giant natural pool

if they wanted to improve they could have more toys for kids, and board games for guests to use

complementary tea and coffee on demand, and a well stocked bar for drinks

- many things were not well maintained or broken - wifi not accessible in every room

my massage at the spa was just ok

but this was not really an issue because they let us use the spa pool instead for free, plus there is the hot

oh and the spa was wonderful as well, loved the steam and dry sauna and massage

only thing i did not like were the prices of services at the spa and laundry

right at the laguna serves delicious food, the rooms are clean and spacious and we enjoyed the pool area

bar and patio area along with the pool and spa area offer great views of the lake and sunsets!

wifi can be a little sketchy depending on your room location at times but the restaurant/check-in

the spa is also excellent- the chocolate massage was one of the best massages i have had

the spa was nice but the massage was not professional rmt just a relaxing massage

swam in the pool, relaxed in the hotel and then they offer boat transfer to flores at no cost

breakfast is very good and we had 2 delicious dinners as well
