the sauna and spa were perfect for relaxing after a long day out

pool / spa was undergoing annual maintenance but otherwise everything really was lovely

rooms are spacious

the spa facilities looked good but there were too many children playing in the pool so i didn't bother

spa facilities were lovely, especially the sauna

we love bishopstrow for the spa facilities and pool and restaurant with great breakfast and supper

were just perfect, with the temperature very pleasant although i didn't take advantage of the spa treatments or

also the changing rooms in the spa were very dated and could use

spa and pool facilities also excellent

staffs are super friendly and helpful, good with kids too, the renewed garden spa is amazing, definitely worth

the garden rooms are exceptional, the spa treatments fantastic, and the breakfast sumptuous

didn't use the spa so there was nothing i can say about that, but really absolutely nothing at all i didn't like

to find, quaint and tastefully furnished rooms, excellent options for breakfast and fabulous spa treatments

the spa was also full on day of arrival and the next day

spa is a little small , if you want a pool and a jacuzzi it isn t that sort of spa hotel

the spa bath in the suite was not working , but we wre offered a free drink to appologise

bed was squeeky spa bath didn't work very well

i'd expect the price point from a well-located spa hotel more than a small village inn

the bar was excellent with a very good selction of wine and spirits

during my stay, decorators were painting the exterior and for some reason set up their coffee bar on the table

the room was really comfortable and warm; the breakfast was excellent

poor wifi connection in bedrooms

only downside was that the wifi didn't work and an 11am check out would have been preferred.

value for money. free rain of house and facilities with an honesty bar for refreshments.

supposed to have a restaurant at the golf club but it only did bar meals

lovely room, comfortable huge bed. breakfast was great. lovely spa area.

no swimming pool book well in advance for spa treatments restaurant not available until after 8pm because of

clean and staff were so lovely - spa was great but have to pay extra and at 97 a room i think this was a bit

all i d recommend is book your spa treatments in advance as it gets busy

an amazing stay at the george albert hotel and spa for my partner s birthday and our anniversary

and grounds were lovely, and the staff, particularly sherjot at reception, the restaurant staff, spa staff and

loved the beautiful greenery , the spa massages and the spa itself and the staff were very friendly everywhere

amazing breakfast and the spa facilities were great too

great location, spotlessly clean, stunning gardens, great food, super spa and a staff who really know how to

having to go outside (in the pouring rain) to reach our hotel room & spa for our treatments.

couldn't get the free wifi to work and too busy to struggle

they even warmed my kids food up in there microwave which i thought was above and beyond

everything was lovely with a large breakfast

able to check in early, comfortable bed, good drinks at the bar in the evening and great choice at breakfast

value for money, especially the breakfast, kids loved having options and helping themselves, room was comfortable

shame the spa wasn t open (renovations i think)

the restaurant served excellent meals and the gym and spa were an added bonus.

the spa is small but amazing and the property itself is like being at home.

the spa is the 'wow' feature of the hotel, with a variety of treatments available, a jacuzzi, indoor
