the carpets are filthy the bedding was scary looking and i booked it for the spa bath don't do that

nice facility, nice pool, quiet and i enjoyed a nice peaceful room with a spa hottub, would definitely recommend

the smoking rooms were clean and furnishings wern't burnt up

the trash barrels in the parking lot by back door need attention.

the swimming pool is very lovely the rooms are very lovely it's like home

the fitness room, although small, is also a plus

bed very comfortable. breakfast was great. friendly staff.

i was glad to see a restaurant in the same parking lot

i liked there was a fitness center and pool as well

my rooms were two of few on second floor over bar tables in the atrium where people drank and talked loudly

the esthetics were very nice and it was convenient that there is a bar located in the hotel.

would have preferred room service on a daily basis and more spa appointment options.

with family for a staycation only to discover a sign posted stating that both the pool and the spa were closed

the spa heaters weren't working and the rug looked kinda dirty

friendly bar attendant in the sports bar off the lobby helped us wind down after a long day

the service in the bar was almost non-existent

parking seems more on the side of the hotel versus in front of the front doors

great rooms, and organizational space a nice spot for smokers good parking

bathroom and spa tub were a bit dirty.

wifi didn t work in our room but i was told that i should ve called the front desk & they could

service was superb the staff were courteous roomy rooms exceptional all around clean pool and spa nice views

i called front desk to confirm pool / spa was open, i was told that it was open to limited availability

or refrigerator, body soap, hair shampoo- shampoo did not lather up and body soap would like bar of soap instead

when allowing customers to book for some big school event they should find a way to keep the kids away from

pool and beds were super comfy

only chosen because it was the only one within our distance that advertised a pool and hot tub/spa when we

wish the pool and spa was open later then 10 pm

i wouldn t recommend the spa or restroom in pool room

the quaintness of the hotel and surrounding area; the spa right next door makes it great to get pampered and

nice garage parking included. delicious breakfast! good location.

i stayed 3 days they didn't provide at least one day room service

parking lot was pretty full.

when we arrived we found out we had a king bed for 2 adults and 3 kids

easy check in, comfortable beds, larger than average rooms, good breakfast included

the spa jets were weak.

spa bath and the bathroom sparkling clean and the room size it's great

liked the spa tub in the bedroom and the public pool and hot tub was nice

shower doors were loose. and vent above spa tub needs to be cleaned.

breakfast was great. loved the spa tube in our room.

i felt like my vehicle was safe in the parking lot being away from residential too
