bed was extremely comfortable and the spa tub was amazing

breakfast was good, our room came with a spa tub that was very nice. beds were large and comfy.

i was in a room with the spa tub and it did not fail me

steps to the spa tub we're too deep possible fall hazard especially for older people

i also visited the wake spa the following morning around 10am and had a great visit but literally could not

prices at the bar were a bit high for the drinks we got that were not even made correctly

nicely decorated room with a very comfortable king size bed and pet friendly

location was central to restaurants and easy access to knoxville, the pool area was very nice

only thing i would say was limited was parking for big box trucks.

i was approached in the parking lot by the desk employee and was told i could not stay there because booking

parking was premium due to some construction

the shower had broken handles the hotel said it offered a pool and spa and there was neither and there breakfast

they attempted to accuse me of hiding my pet and skipping payment

up in the morning and the side of george brown's truck was severly damaged while parked in the parking lot of

the room was big enough for my needs and the wifi connection was decent enough to use.

i have stayed here before so though i didn't use pool and spa this occasion they are very nice

and the spa tub was great

the bed wasnt that comfortablex an regardless it was a smoking room but there had been holes burnt in the rugs

yoyu could eliminate the strong smoke smell, even though i know it is a smoking room, there are things you can

was black mold on one of the walls, the tv wouldn't work, never got the wifi to connect, and the bathtub and

we were able to get a parking spot right below our room wich was a plus
