the pool wasn t clean, it wasn t anything for the kids to do

only thing i would say was limited was parking for big box trucks.

location and easy to find; great swimming pool; nice breakfast and seating area; fine parking; near restaurants

i was approached in the parking lot by the desk employee and was told i could not stay there because booking

the staff, the rooms, the water pressure, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the comfy bed, the pool, and the view

breakfast was good, our room came with a spa tub that was very nice. beds were large and comfy.

bed was extremely comfortable and the spa tub was amazing

also online and when calling was told there is spa tubs but they said they removed them 2 years ago in a remodel

i was in a room with the spa tub and it did not fail me

i had to find something to gripe about it would be the properties wifi connection was not great

ladies that served breakfast (which was very good and well stocked) were pleasant and professional

there was stains with a dog even though the site said they have it the wifi did not work

were given a room close to the pool/spa after the desk staff talked to us to find out our preferences

5 stars shuttle

room was excellent & while we did not use the bar or restaurant this time, i really liked the availability

i hate that it was pet friendly

the hours for the pool/basketball were longer than at other hotels. a big plus with the kids.

the shower had broken handles the hotel said it offered a pool and spa and there was neither and there breakfast

you think you will need to stay i go to pay for my reservation and was told i had to pay for my pet when i let

facility wise, there was a lot of commotion from other guests who were fighting in the parking lot

housekeeping wouldn t let me use the vacuum cleaner told me to go to laundry room and get that one and it

parking lot and exterior had trash, windows were dirty, etc

spa and breakfast was wonderful

i have stayed here before so though i didn't use pool and spa this occasion they are very nice

and the spa tub was great

wifi didn't work

the room was clean and the property is pet friendly without any extra charges

it was reasonable, comfortable, clean, the pool was nice and refreshing, its pretty close to alot, staff was

lack of parking

our room was was close to the door near the pet walking area

dirty , pulled back the covers to see someone hair in the bed the shower had a used bar of soap

we were able to socially-distance outside with friends & watch the kids in the pool at the same time

the restaurant kopita and the spa was so relaxing.

i also visited the wake spa the following morning around 10am and had a great visit but literally could not

we got checked in at 620 pm went to take the kids swimming and they said we only had 10 min

rooftop pool, rooftop bar, early check-in, nice rooms, valet was easy

roof top bar was great. closed too early

kids loved the pool. breakfast rocks!.

it has a nice little indoor pool that my kids had fun playing in

they were laid back and let the kids swim just a little later which made there whole night
