wish pool hours were a little later although no one really

i would love to come back without kids and enjoy the rooftop lounge that i never even got to see

breakfast was good, our room came with a spa tub that was very nice. beds were large and comfy.

bed was extremely comfortable and the spa tub was amazing

steps to the spa tub we're too deep possible fall hazard especially for older people

also online and when calling was told there is spa tubs but they said they removed them 2 years ago in a remodel

clean room, comfy bed, spa tub was amazing and the location was great.

were given a room close to the pool/spa after the desk staff talked to us to find out our preferences

pool area was awesome but it was too cold to attempt going in

the pool setup was great. lots of chairs and plenty of towels as well as toys for the kids.

prices at the bar were a bit high for the drinks we got that were not even made correctly

nicely decorated room with a very comfortable king size bed and pet friendly

and the spa tub was great

i have stayed here before so though i didn't use pool and spa this occasion they are very nice

i love that they have a whole wing for pet friendly rooms

i also liked they have a gym and the overall look of the property and pool

the shower had broken handles the hotel said it offered a pool and spa and there was neither and there breakfast

up in the morning and the side of george brown's truck was severly damaged while parked in the parking lot of

the wifi worked well and the location. that's about it

they attempted to accuse me of hiding my pet and skipping payment

the rooms were nice and clean continental breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

wifi was slow. using cellphone as hotspot took care of my needs.

chose this hotel because they had an indoor pool (my grandkids were so excited to go swimming)

much agreed with house keeper that he didnt have to clean my room since i had a dog (but you're a pet friendly

reserved a regular king smoking room and a double queen smoking room side by side, but the regular king smoking

requested a smoking room and they couldn't fulfill request. had to smoke in the freezing cold.

spa became closed a few days before i arrived do to low water and that was the only reason i stayed
