staff wasn't very attentive, check in time took entirely to long, no towels down in pool/spa area, just overall

the spa was not working. that was why i chose the hotel . kinda disappointed.

that works is awesome, with hundreds of kids running all over the place you would think to find a bit of a mess

all of the activities for the kids,and the friendliness of the staff.

the hotel offers many amenities, including room service and a large wine selection

they had a shuttle to the kansas speedway which was nice but could use more shuttles

smaller than it looks, the jacuzzi is a mountain climb to get it, the mattress is terrible,the fireplace was

great location close to hollywood casino, since the casino does not have a hotel
