the spa is an oasis of calm

wakened early with noise and work going on while i was having spa treatment which was a bit irritating

the pure spa and the sauna were lovely though

hotel was really nice, very spacious when walking around, the grounds were very picturesque

thought the spa was at the hotel but it was in peebles

if there was a pool or spa it would be utterly perfect!

the bar could have been open more

amazing surprise to find dogs stay for free and there was a ev charger

good breakfast, exceptional location, very nicely renovated castle, beautiful interiors and garden,

great family room, amazing view, lovely swimming pool/spa and had dinner there which was delicious

even the views from the rooms was beutiful, free access to the spa honestly i could not fault anything about

our room was very comfortable and clean, the spa was excellent and so relaxing

there is a beautiful golf course, pool ,spa and is a great base for touring the area

in was 3pm i arrived about 1pm the staff where amazing from housekeeping to restaurant staff the spa team the

lovely spa area and nice grounds

staff were exceptional, the dining in the dungeon experience along with the spa was outstanding

although we were initially disappointed that the spa was closed, the outstanding customer service from dylan,

couldn't use the spa facilities as it was very busy - i have heard from other users it is complimentary

great breakfast and environment, would recommend

wifi ceased to work in the friday evening just after we arrived

no bother really as the wifi connection was great

the pool area lacks a spa bath and, sadly, they have stopped offering spa treatments.

beautiful hotel, very luxurious, blond new girl on spa reception very nice and helpful

my partner used the spa and said that was brilliant too

it has modern rooms, a perfect breakfast and it has even a spa on the site

tram in short walking distance the pool the restaurant the staff were brilliant and friendly the spa added

everybody was lovely to our little dog and we had breakfast in the drawing room with her every morning

staff welcoming , room was fantastic , clean, large , lovely view from our balcony, great little kitchen area

basically almost a 5 star stay accommodation for the guests with kids

i struggle to find a negative. maybe a bigger gym?

nice room with good location. all goods are there including fridge, boiling pot, gym as well

we traveled as a family and the hotel was very welcoming to kids

bath was a bit small length ways so couldn't enjoy the spa bath.

no pools or spa feel like room could be a little bigger.

in the gym, whilst on the treadmill, the sensor lights have gone off, meaning i was in complete darkness

room service was very good and good to a high standard
